This Privacy Policy describes how Philly Sports Wire, a property of Paris Supply Group LLC, collects, uses, and shares information when you visit philasportswire.com (the "Site").

Paris Supply Group LLC operates other regional sports websites. Those sites are governed by their own privacy policies. This policy applies only to philasportswire.com.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the Site we collect usage data (pages viewed, links clicked, time on page, referring URLs), device data (browser, operating system, screen size, device type), and your IP address, which is used for approximate location and security. We do not store full IP addresses long-term.

We also record anonymous measurement events when an advertisement or affiliate banner is displayed, becomes visible on your screen, or is clicked. These record the page, the position of the unit on that page, and whether your screen is mobile- or desktop-sized. They contain no IP address, no cookie or device identifier, and nothing that identifies you.

Information you provide

Most of the Site needs nothing from you. Printable schedules and every other page are free to use and download without giving us an email address or creating an account.

There are two places where you can choose to give us your email address, and we use it only for the thing you asked for:

Daily roundup newsletter. We collect the email address you submit along with the region and team page you subscribed from. This uses double opt-in — we send a confirmation email and add you only after you confirm. Delivery is handled by Resend.
Printable schedule updates. If you ask to be sent the refreshed schedule PDF after roster cuts, or weekly emails about your team, we collect your email address and the team you signed up for. These lists are managed in Kit, our email marketing platform, which stores the address on our behalf.

Every email we send carries an unsubscribe link, and you can unsubscribe at any time without contacting us. You can also email privacy@sportswirenetwork.com to be removed from either list. We do not sell, rent, or share email addresses, and we do not use them for anything other than the emails you asked for.

Cookies and tracking

Analytics: Google Analytics 4. You can opt out with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
Advertising: the Site does not currently run a third-party display advertising network. Affiliate links do not set advertising cookies on our behalf, though the destination site may set its own once you follow a link.
Essential cookies: basic site functionality, including security and bot protection from our hosting and content delivery providers.

Kit — email marketing platform for schedule updates and team emails. Privacy policy

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Data retention

Advertising and article measurement data: up to one year, then deleted automatically by a scheduled job.
Newsletter subscriptions: until you unsubscribe. Subscription requests that are never confirmed are deleted automatically.
Schedule-update and team email lists: held in Kit until you unsubscribe, then retained by Kit under its own retention settings.
Security and rate-limiting records: deleted automatically after a short period.
Google Analytics: governed by Google's settings.

Children's privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.

Your rights

Depending on where you live you may have the right to request access to, deletion of, or correction of your data, and to opt out of personalised advertising. California residents: we do not sell personal information. However, the use of third-party advertising cookies for personalised advertising may be considered "sharing" for cross-context behavioural advertising under the CCPA/CPRA. You can opt out through the opt-out links above, or by emailing privacy@sportswirenetwork.com.
